After a busy summer - shame about the weather! we are now preparing some exciting Christmas flavours!
We will be making Christmas Cream Pudding - containing real Christmas pudding
and Festive Cream made with a yummy yuletide liqueur.
We will also be making Christmas Ice Cream cakes to order!

Falkland Big Tent!

We have been really busy preparing for Falkland Big Tent - Sat 26th and Sun 27th July, Falkland in Fife. Hopefully the sun will come out!! Come along and taste some GG Ice Cream!

Fine Food Fair!
We are now back from the Fine Food Fair at SECC, Glasgow. There was a lot of interest in our ice cream, so there will hopefully be lots of potential new outlets selling GG Ice Cream!

Delicious Ice Cream – from Cow to Carton

If you like ice cream, you’ll love GG Ice Cream. Made from the rich creamy milk from our beautiful black and white Holstein Friesian cows, our range offers a unique taste and true flavours which will delight.

Situated on a sunny hillside overlooking the River Forth, Nether Pratis Farm has a beautiful location. GG Ice Cream is made on the farm from milk produced by the Farm’s dairy herd and the traditionally raised cows graze on rich meadow pasture within sight of the ice cream parlour.

GG’s nutritious ice creams are made using only locally sourced natural ingredients. If we call one of our products Scottish Strawberry it’s because we made it using strawberries sourced locally and bursting with flavour.

The company was launched in 2006 by partners Gillian Whiteford and Gordon Lyle at Nether Pratis Farm in Fife’s beautiful East Neuk. It was created to provide high quality ice creams from local produce and the milk produced by Gordon’s family farm. They have been successful in supplying delicatessens, farm shops and restaurants across Fife. They plan to develop their distribution further in 2008.

120ml and 1 litre ice cream pots are available for purchase in local farm shops and delicatessens throughout Fife. The 2 and 4 litre ice cream pots are available direct from GG Ice Cream.
