If we call one of our products Scottish Strawberry it’s because we made it using strawberries sourced locally and bursting with flavour.<br /><br />The company was launched in 2006 by partners Gillian Whiteford and Gordon Lyle at <span style="font-weight: bold;">Nether Pratis Farm</span> in Fife’s beautiful East Neuk. It was created to provide high quality ice creams from local produce and the milk produced by Gordon’s family farm. They have been successful in supplying delicatessens, farm shops and restaurants across Fife.
